With an eclectic mix of 15 years’ experience of working in IT, a Masters in Creative and Media Enterprises from Warwick University and the role of Board Director for a theatre school, I specialise in writing about the convergence of technology on the arts, media and creative industries. I also run training courses and facilitate workshops on time management, productive meetings and public speaking, with a focus on stress management.
I indulge my love of writing and travel by regularly guest-writing travel articles for lifestyle blogs and online magazines. I am also writing my first fiction novel.
In addition, I have produced written content and communications for a number of organisations, ranging from small arts organisations through to FTSE 250 corporates. I have a number of clients, primarily in the technology sector, for whom I write content for technical documents, product catalogues and marketing literature.
When I’m not writing or studying, I like to tread the boards and can often be found in the theatre rehearsing. I love travelling and in the last few years have managed to explore Ghent, Edinburgh, London, Barcelona, Valletta, done some excellent hiking around Sierra Nevada, Yosemite and Red Rock Canyon in Nevada and undertook an amazing road trip around California, Arizona and Nevada. I also enjoy reading, dancing, yoga and long walks around the Warwickshire countryside.
